Cancellation Policy

We require a 72 hour/3 day cancellation notice in order to adjust our schedules and other families accordingly.  Please cancel by telephone or e-mail.  If you do not give us the required cancellation notice, you may be billed for the services confirmed.

Deposits

A 50% deposit is required for any servicing fees totaling $300 or more.

Mileage

Each visit includes up to 10 miles.  Over 10 miles will incur a surcharge of $3.00 on your total bill.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of our services.  Credit cards accepted via paypal.  All bills will be sent via e-mail along with a satisfaction survey.

Refusal of Service

MWV may refuse service for any of the following reasons:

• Concern for personal safety and well-being of our staff members.
• If the animal is sick or injured and deemed should be under veterinary care.
• If client is delinquent in payment of fees.
• If shots are not up to date!

Veterinary Release and General Service Agreements must be signed before service is rendered.
